Can a m1 macbook air run league of legends at 1080p at 144 fps?

my Pro can run it at 1080p 144hz and it doesn't get hot so you should be fine
The problem is the cooling system on mac airs are very, very much weaker than pro. I have actually tired a similar thing to what the op is saying and the computer almost went into the extreme danger sone in terms if cpu temp.
can't really answer that because it depends on what's going on in-game
usually (most of the time) 144 but even on my gaming computer fps dips down in teamfights
I would say, no with a question mark. 144 fps on a online game often is sketchy to begin with, couple it with a cooling power of an air ( not great) it probably wont be stable.
Tbh, 144 frames on a 60hz macbook is pointless, it's better to lock it around 70 fps so that the thermals can sustain for a longer time.
He said he has an external monitor at 144hz
